We offer Directors assistance by whatever route they find most effective . Following initial phone and email contact, we can meet locally in Bristol, Gloucester and Hereford, or work with you by Zoom, or Teams, Nationwide.

Team

Insolvency Solutions Team is led by Director, Michael O’Connor, a Management Consultant experienced in both corporate and small business environments and with meeting challenges across Manufacturing, Services and Retail. To this the team adds formal insolvency advice from our Licenced Insolvency Practitioner, Mark Bassford, financial expertise from our Consulting Accountant, Marcin Karpinski and legal input from specialist Insolvency Solicitor, Tony Sampson.

The insolvency world is fast moving and it is easy for Directors to unwittingly fall foul of quite a torrent of new rules being emitted by HMRC and Insolvency Service. To assure Client safety, Team IS stays fully updated through participation in such professional bodies as the Federation of Small Businesses, the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA), and the Association of Business Recovery Professionals.
